Well Services Engineer, Well Intervention, Workover & Lift Services

Dubai From 24-28/08/2025

Course Introduction:

This intensive training program equips well services professionals with advanced technical knowledge and operational skills to plan, execute, and optimize well interventions, workovers, and artificial lift operations. Participants will gain expertise in safely restoring, maintaining, and enhancing well performance across various production scenarios.

Course Objectives:

Upon completion, participants will be able to:

  • Design and supervise well intervention programs (wireline, coiled tubing, snubbing)
  • Execute workover operations (recompletions, stimulations, zone changes)
  • Select, install, and optimize artificial lift systems (ESP, gas lift, rod pumps)
  • Troubleshoot production challenges (sand control, scale, paraffin)
  • Apply HSE best practices for well servicing operations
  • Analyze cost-effectiveness of intervention strategies
