INTRODUCTION:

The risks of terrorism, extreme natural disasters, or events such as global pandemics are intensifying. Preparing, forecasting and responding in a timely manner are key elements for first and foremost saving lives but also for prevention of long-term collateral economic implications. This programme will combine the vast Israeli experience in Crisis management together with introducing the latest technologies and innovations in forecasting, controlling, responding and managing a Crisis.
