Course Objectives:

This comprehensive five days training course will provide participants with all required knowledge around HSSE policies and procedures and all the necessary skills and talents required to successfully audit and inspect an organization’s HSSE  performances. HSSE audits and inspections provide the final pieces of the health and safety management jigsaw, which, when effectively used, enable an organization to control HSE risks and promote an effective and robust management system.

Participants who will attend this course will be able to:

• Competently participate in audits
• Know the Requirements of Regulations to identify and evaluate work place hazards including scheduled periodic inspections
• Provide the On-site Audit using common inspection criteria and tools to identify potential job hazards
• Emphasize Audit techniques and skills required to perform constructive and effective jobsite audits such as communication, observation and inter-personal skills
• Provide the information & skills to participate in HSE and general Auditing as a team member

-       Simultaneous Operations  ( SIMOPS  ) Controls .

-       HSSE Management Of Change ( MOC )
